Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RuntimeAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using RuntimeAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

RuntimeAI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders at least 30 days in advance.

RuntimeAI provides an AI governance platform ("the Platform") that includes:

• Agent Identity Fabric — Cryptographic identity and trust verification for AI agents
• AI Control Plane — Policy management, access governance, and lifecycle management
• AI Firewall — Real-time policy enforcement with <50ms latency
• AI Behavioral Intel — ML-powered behavioral analysis and risk scoring
• AI Ops Center — Emergency controls, cost caps, and incident management
• AI Infrastructure — Integration framework, compliance hub, and marketplace

Service availability and feature access depend on your subscription tier (Foundation, Guardian, Fortress, or Sovereign).

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent security controls or governance policies
• Use the Platform to facilitate illegal activities or regulatory violations
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Share credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties
• Exceed rate limits or engage in activities that degrade service quality
• Resell or redistribute Platform access without a valid reseller agreement

RuntimeAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

• Your Data — You retain full ownership of all data you process through the Platform. RuntimeAI does not claim ownership of your agent configurations, policies, or audit logs.
• Our Platform — RuntimeAI and its licensors retain all rights to the Platform, including all software, documentation, and intellectual property.
• Feedback — Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by RuntimeAI to improve the Platform without obligation to you.
• Tenant Isolation — Your data is logically and physically isolated from other tenants as described in our Security Practices documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RuntimeAI's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• RuntimeAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• RuntimeAI does not guarantee uninterrupted service but commits to the uptime SLAs specified in your subscription agreement.

Guardian, Fortress, and Sovereign customers may negotiate custom liability terms as part of their subscription agreement.
