Trust Center
What we build, what we claim, and how you can verify both.

Our Approach to Trust
RuntimeAI is the control plane your organization relies on to govern autonomous AI agents. We think the right way to earn trust for that role is to be precise about what we actually claim โ not to collect certification badges.
RuntimeAI does not pursue or hold SOC 2 Type II attestation, ISO 27001 certification, HIPAA certification, or FedRAMP authorization. There is no such thing as "HIPAA certified" for a software vendor, and a badge doesn't tell your auditors anything they can independently check. Instead, we give your own security and compliance team pre-mapped controls with evidence generated on every agent action, plus the source documentation to verify it themselves.
Compliance Documentation Package
Available on request, under NDA:
- CISA Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF) self-attestation
- SOC 2 Trust Service Criteria control mappings
- Current threat model
- Software bill of materials (SBOM)
Our product itself also maps your AI agent activity to the frameworks your auditors ask for, with evidence auto-generated on every agent action:

Data Sovereignty โ On-Prem First
For customers who need the strongest sovereignty guarantee โ most often financial services, healthcare, and government and defense โ we recommend on-premises or fully air-gapped deployment (Fortress and Sovereign tiers). Your data and agent traffic stay inside your own environment, with no runtime dependency on RuntimeAI's hosted services.
Real, In-Production Controls
- Encryption โ AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, FIPS 140-2 validated modules
- Access Control โ Role-based access with multi-factor authentication
- Audit Logging โ Immutable, tamper-evident audit trails
- Tenant Isolation โ Enforced at the database, network, and application layers
- Incident Response โ 24/7 security operations, documented procedures
Full detail on these controls lives on our Security page.
